Scott signed for the Academy at the age of 9 having been with the Pre-Academy since the age of 7. He became Bristol Rovers' second youngest ever first team debutant at the age of 15 years 277 days when he came on in the League Two fixture against Leyton Orient at the Memorial Stadium. Scott went on to sign for Chelsea in July 2005 where he made his first team debut in the League Cup Semi-Final. Scott has gone on to play for Swansea City, Manchester City and is currently at Aston Villa. Scott has represented England at U17,18,19 & 21 level and also represented Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics.

Chris was part of the Academy from signing at the age of 9. Having progressed through the system, he signed his first professional contract in July 2005. Chris went on to make his first team debut on January 21st 2006 at the Memorial Stadium in the 2-1 victory over Chester City. Chris went on to make 168 appearances for the club before moving onto Sheffield Wednesday and Port Vale. Chris re-signed for the club on loan during the 2014-15 season and helped the club regain promotion to the Football League, before re-signing permanently for the 2015-16 season.

Ellis signed for the Academy during the Under 11 season and progressed through the system until he signed a professional contract in 2012. He made his senior debut in the 0-1 defeat away to Southampton in the League 1 fixture at St. Mary's. Ellis started his first game against Fleetwood Town and went on the score his first senior goal against Rotherham Utd. Ellis played an integral part in the club's promotion from the Conference, scoring 17 goals in the process, the most important coming at Wembley to equalise in the play-off final against Grimsby Town. Ellis has been called to represent Wales at U21 level and made his debut against Lithuania, and scored his first international goal against San Marino in October 2013.

Playing Experience
Having joined the Academy at 16 as a first year scholar, Tom made his senior debut in the 3-0 win over Fleetwood Town in January 2013. He then went on to sign professional terms in May 2013 after making 4 first team appearances, still as a Youth team player. Tom's first senior goal came against Northampton Town in August 2013 in the 1-0 victory. Tom was an integral member of the side that gained promotion back to the Football League in the 2014-15 season, and has made 89 appearances for Rovers, scoring 2 goals in the process.

Ollie Clarke

Ollie progressed through the Academy system having signed from a young age. He went on to sign a professional contract for the club in 2009. He made his first team debut on the last game of the 2010-11 season away at Colchester United. His first senior goal came against Portsmouth at the Memorial Stadium in 2013. He has since gone on the make 64 appearances for the first team, scoring 6 goals in the process.

Alefe signed for Rovers as a first year scholar having began his career at Stoke City. He was part of the successful Under 18 double winning side in the 2012-13 season. He went on to make his senior debut in the 4-0 loss away to Port Vale. He signed his first professional contract in April 2013 and became a regular during the following season, playing 27 times and scoring his first senior goal away to Mansfield Town. Alefe has since moved on to sign for Derby County and made his County debut in the League Cup tie against Charlton Athletic.

Tom signed for the Academy at Under 9's, having been in as a 7 year old with the Pre-Academy. Having progressed through the system, and having an international call-up with the England U13 squad, he was offered a 2 year Scholarship in partnership with Filton College. He was offered a 2 year professional contract a year into his scholarship and signed professional forms on his 17th birthday in July 2006. Tom made his senior debut on December 1st 2007, in the FA Cup tie against Rushden & Diamonds.

Matt Macey

Matt was signed as a full-time scholar in 2011 after playing for Bath City and Yate Town. He went on to become part of the double-winning squad of the 2012-2013 season with the U18's having played a key role in the League Cup Final victory at Carlisle Utd. Matt went on the sign for Arsenal in 2013 and went straight into their U21 squad. He has since gone on to appear on the substitutes bench against West Brom in the Premier League and has made his senior debut having gone on loan to Accrington Stanley in League 2.

Matt came through the Centre of Excellence having signed at Under 15's. He signed his first professional contract after two years at Filton College. He made his first team debut in the 5-1 FA Cup Second Round victory against Rushden & Diamonds at the Memorial Stadium. A week later he made his League 1 debut against Huddersfield Town.
Donovan Wilson (Wolves)

Having been at Rovers since the age of 9, Donovan signed professional terms at 17 a year into his 2 year scholarship. Having been included on the substitutes bench for the first team's away fixture to Braintree Town, Donovan then went on to sign for Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2015. He has figured heavily in the first team's pre-season tour of France having scored a goal in the process, against FC Paris.

Having graduated from the Bristol Academy of Sport, Sean was offered a professional contract having been a regular in the Under 18 side who finished second in the league that season. Sean made his senior debut away to MK Dons in September 2006, coming on as a substitute in a 2-0 defeat. He featured heavily in that debut season, appearing in the play-off final victory over Shrewsbury Town at Wembley. He went on to play 57 times for Rovers, and is now plying his trade at AFC Wimbledon, with previous clubs listed as Port Vale and Oxford United.

Having joined the Centre of Excellence from the age of 9, Mike progressed through the system and was offered a professional contract in July 2006. Having been understudy to Steve Phillips during the successful promotion campaign to League 1, Mike made his senior debut in the League Cup defeat to Oxford United in August 2010. Mike made his league debut away to Oldham Athletic in September 2010 earning Rovers a 1-1 draw.

Having come through Bristol Academy of Sport, Darren became a trainee with the club before signing professional terms in July 2005. He made his senior debut in December 2005 in the 2-1 defeat at home to Wycombe Wanderers, and went on to feature 3 more times that season. Darren went on to play for Torquay United in the Conference Premier.

A product the of Rovers youth system, Richards joined the professional ranks at the club in the summer of 2009. He made his debut February 2010 in the League One fixture against Gillingham. He scored his first senior goal against Leyton Orient in August 2011 and went on to make 112 appearances, scoring 22 goals in the process. Eliot has since gone on to pay for Exeter City, Tranmere Rovers and most recently Cheltenham Town. Eliot has also represented Wales at U19 and U21 levels, against Northern Ireland and Armenia respectively.

Having come through the link with Filton College, Charlie signed professional terms in the summer of 2007. His first team debut came on 29th December 2007 against Carlisle United. Charlie went on to play 30 times for Rovers in a spell lasting 3 years.

Having graduated through the Filton College scheme, Ben signed a professional deal in the summer of 2008. Ben's senior debut came in the League Cup First Round tie against Aldershot Town. His first senior goal came against Wycombe Wanderers in the 6-3 win in the Football League Trophy. Ben made 40 appearances for Rovers in total.
Charlie Clough

Charlie was promoted up to the first team in the summer of 2007 after beginning his scholarship at Filton College. He went on to make his first team debut against Brighton & Hove Albion at the Memorial Stadium on 26th April 2008. Charlie has moved on to play for Forest Green Rovers, featuring against Rovers in the Conference Play-off semi final in May 2015.
Shaquille Hunter

Having joined Rovers as a first year scholar at the age of 16, Shaquille was an integral part of the Under 18 double-winning side that season. Shaquille was named as an unused substitute in the second round Carling Cup tie away to Leyton Orient, and went on to make his senior debut in the 2-1 defeat to Exeter City in League 2.

Lamar Powell

Lamar signed for the Academy as a 10 year old. At the age of 16, he was a regular in the Under 18 side. Lamar was included in the first team match day squad for the home fixture against Norwich City in May 2010. He signed his first professional contract on his 17th birthday, on the 19th November 2010. He made his senior debut on 11th April 2011 and has since gone on to play for Bath City and Weston-Super-Mare.

Jamie was part of the successful double winning Under 18 side the following season which subsequently earned him a professional contract in the summer of 2013. Dominic joined Rovers as a first year scholar and was another member of the double winning side in the 2012-13 campaign, and went on to captain the Under 18's as a second year scholar. In July 2014, Dominic signed professional terms and went on to make his senior debut in October 2014, in the FA cup tie away to Dorchester Town.
